Financial Information
At DPCC the children are our focus and main priority. But we also must be financially responsible for the school's well-being. Since tuition and Lunch Bunch fees provide most of the financial support for DPCC, the Council has put in place the following financial policies concerning these fees.
Each family will have an account in which their fees and payments for tuition, Lunch Bunch, activity fees, and late fees are posted monthly. We do not send bills for these fees or other charges. You will receive a set of payment envelopes for your convenience. It is a good idea to keep the envelopes with other bills, as a reminder.
Tuition and Lunch Bunch fees are due by the lst of the month. The school permits ten grace days for payment. If payment is not received by the 10th of the month a $20.00 late fee will be applied. Accounts with balances over $50 at the end of the month are subject to interest charges. Tuition can be paid monthly, semiannually, or annually. Activity fees will be billed on the October statement. Tuition, Lunch Bunch, late fees, and activity fees can be combined on one check. Please do not combine these payments with any fundraisers, other special events, or Sunshine Summer payments.
